Technical Support

BMS offers technical support for your computer systems. We have qualified technicians on staff ready to assist you with your computer hardware, software, or network related problems.

We offer our services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time; excluding nationally recognized holidays in the United States. Technical assistance can be arranged at other times to minimize your office work down time; please contact us to make those arrangements.

We support any software product which has been developed by BMS. We also support many other products we are familiar with or have been trained on. The original manufacturers of many of the hardware and software products we are authorized to sell require that you obtain your technical support directly from them.
